Speculative Projects
This was a speculative project in an immersive UX design course. Our task was to find a local business whose website brought on UX challenges. During this 2 week sprint, I conducted interviews to get insight on people’s different experiences using the website and used these findings to help design a solution with a website redesign.

The Design Process for each project
I use a double-diamond approach to design. By conducting user interviews first, I prioritize understanding real needs over making assumptions. Those insights define the core challenge, sparking collaborative ideation where diverse solutions are encouraged. Through an iterative process of developing, testing, and refining ideas alongside team members and stakeholders, we build what works and drop what doesn't to deliver the best solution for the user.
